The UW-River Falls softball team is back in action after its spring trip to Florida, traveling to face Augsburg in a doubleheader in Minneapolis on Thursday, March 27.
The Falcons enter the week with an overall record of 11-7, and riding a five-game winning streak. The doubleheader at Augsburg comes in the wake of 12 straight games at THE Spring Games in Clermont, Florida, in which the Falcons went 7-5 overall, and finished with five straight wins.

FALCON NOTES
- UWRF wrapped up its Florida trip on a hot streak, winning five in a row — the Falcons defeated Blackburn, Fredonia State, Buffalo State, Manchester, and Lawrence to close out the East Coast tour.
- So far this season, Lindsey Duggan ranks fourth in the WIAC in strikeouts.
- Kelly Aultman stands third in the WIAC with a 1.443 OPS and third with a .918 slugging percentage. She is fifth in the WIAC with 20 RBIs.
- Addi DeMeyer leads the Falcons with a .542 batting average this season, off a 13-24 mark at the plate.
