The UW-River Falls softball team is set for a busy week, hosting three home doubleheaders — the games will mark UWRF's first home games of the 2025 season.
The Falcons will host UW-Stout at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, before Bethel comes to town the following day. River Falls will conclude the week with a doubleheader against No. 11 UW-Oshkosh on April 19.
UWRF is coming off an 0-2 outing against UW-Platteville, the team's WIAC opener. So far, the Falcons have accumulated an overall record of 15-11 and a 0-2 record in WIAC play.

FALCON NOTES
- At 15-11, the Falcons have matched their most wins in a season since 2023.
- Senior Kelly Aultman leads the WIAC with nine home runs. Aultman is just four home runs off tying the UWRF program record for home runs in a season.
- Aultman also ranks second in the conference in hits (39), second in slugging (.964), second in OPS (1.496), and third in RBIs (31). Defensively, she ranks first in the WIAC with 49 assists.
- In the pitcher's circle, Brooklyn VanGruensven leads the Falcons with six wins.
- Pitcher Lindey Duggan has recorded a team-high 50 strikeouts this year, ranking ninth in the WIAC.
