The UW-River Falls women's lacrosse team is set for a two-game road trip to Texas this weekend, facing Southwestern and No. 18 Colorado College in back-to-back days in Georgetown, Texas.
The Falcons are coming off a narrow 14-13 loss against UW-La Crosse on April 2, and enter the weekend with a record of 7-3 overall and 1-1 in WIAC play.

- In UWRF' loss to UW-La Crosse on April 2, the Falcons trimmed a six-goal deficit late in the third down to just one goal in the final stages of the fourth quarter. Ultimately, the Eagles stopped the Falcons' final attempts and held on to win by one goal.
- Samantha Hayek and Brooke Glumack lead UWRF offensively with 51 points each. Hayek has done so off 36 goals and 15 assists, while Glumack has totaled 29 goals and 22 assists.
- Murphi Specht leads the Falcons with 25 ground balls, 19 caused turnovers, and 45 draw controls.
