Aultman and Kressel earned First Team honors while Crowe was selected to the All-Sportsmanship Team. In addition, Kressel was named the WIAC Newcomer of the Year - UWRF's second in program history, following the footsteps of Johanna Breyen in 2021.

Senior infielder Kelly Aultman is now a four-time All-WIAC honoree, earning her second career spot on the First Team. While finishing her career this season ranking among the all-time greats at UWRF, she was the only Falcon to play and all 40 games this season, starting all of them at third base. At the plate, Aultman led the WIAC with nine home runs and ranked second with an .826 slugging percentage and 1.319 OPS. Her .430 batting average, .493 on-base percentage, 52 hits, 38 runs batted in, and 17 doubles all ranked top-five in the league as well. In addition, she led the conference with 81 assists in the field and was the WIAC Position Player of the Week March 3-9.

Freshman catcher Caitlyn Kressel ranked just behind Aultman in nearly every offensive category for the Falcons in 2025, playing and starting in 39 games at either catcher or designated player. In 130 at bats, she totaled 46 hits with a team-high and UWRF single-season record 20 doubles along with one triple, three homers, and 22 RBIs. Her 20 doubles ranked tied for second most in the WIAC while her .592 slugging percentage ranked ninth in the league. Behind the plate, Kressel's .992 fielding percentage was fifth best in the WIAC and she threw out seven baserunners (T-4th/WIAC).

Junior Emily Crowe played in 37 games with 21 starts this season, notching 15 base hits in 59 at bats, including five multi-hit games. In the pitcher's circle, she made 12 appearances with 25 innings pitching, totaling 12 strikeouts with a pair of wins.
