Falcons Set for Road Tests After Bird Bowl Win

The UW-River Falls women's lacrosse team continues WIAC play this week following a strong 17-10 victory over UW-La Crosse, rallying after an early deficit to secure the win at home. The Falcons shift their focus to a pair of WIAC matchups on the road, traveling to UW-Eau Claire on Wednesday before closing the week at UW-Stout Friday night.

Riding momentum from their recent stretch, UWRF enters the week at 10-2 overall and a perfect 3-0 in conference play, continuing to establish themselves as one of the top teams in the WIAC.

The Falcons hold a 5-3 advantage in the all-time series against the Blugolds, though UW-Eau Claire has won the last two meetings, including a 12-17 decision in River Falls last season. The Falcons have found success on the road, posting a 3-1 record in Eau Claire.
