The Beavers were led by freshman guard Chris Davis' 12 points, as he hit seven of eight free-throws.

The Falcons carried a 50-20 lead into the second half, and finished strong with 49 more points in the final frame.

The Falcons (1-1) take on St. Thomas next Saturday at the Karges Center in River Falls. The tip is at 7 p.m., and will be the team's first home contest of the season.
