WEST SALEM, Wis. – The UW-River Falls men's and women's cross country teams finished the 2022 season at the WIAC Championships hosted by UW-La Crosse.  Both teams finished 8^th overall.

The Falcon men took eight overall with 247 points.  Leading the team was Logan Munson with a time of 26:23.24.  He finished 42^nd overall in the individual standings. 

Sam Peters finished 8^th with a time of 28:23.34.  The remainder of the team finished 87^th-92^nd in the final standings.   

The UWRF women, who also finished 8^th with 249 points, were led by Maddie Greelis who finished 55^th overall with a time of 24:58.76. 

Sam Peters and Maddie Greelis were honored on the All-Sportsmanship Team.
