The UW-River Falls men's basketball team returns home Wednesday night to host St. Olaf, looking to bounce back after a 78-64 road loss at Concordia, Minn. on Saturday. The Falcons sit at 1–3 overall, with their lone win coming over UW-Superior, while the visiting Oles come in at 1–2, earning their first victory of the season on Sunday against Crown College.

THE SERIES
Wednesday continues a long running nonconference series historically controlled by UW-River Falls, with the Falcons holding a 14–5 all-time lead and having won nine straight matchups, including a 69–50 victory in Northfield last November.
FALCON NOTES
The Falcons enter the matchup averaging 67.3 points per game while shooting 42.4% from the field and 30.3% from three. UWRF has had balanced offensive production with six players averaging at least 6.5 points, led by:
Gavin Ralph (7.8 PPG, 6.5 RPG) and
Micah Thompson (5.8 RPG) continue to anchor the Falcon defense. UWRF has generated 26 steals and 13 blocks across their first four game while averaging just 8.5 turnovers per game.
